#StepUp4CdA Fitness & Fundraising Challenge

Join us for a 6-week virtual Fitness & Fundraising Challenge! Registration is from September 6th - 19th and the Challenge is from September 20th - October 31st, 2020. Here’s how it works:

Once a week, for 6 weeks, exercise for 45 minutes (or more!) however/whenever with whomever AND post a selfie via the campaign Scrapbook and/or social media with our #StepUp4CdA hashtag telling us what exercise you did, where (and with whom)!

Participate in extra weekly fitness challenges for awesome door prizes. Post a selfie via Scrapbook and social media with our #StepUp4CdA hashtag to be entered into the weekly drawings. Honor system!

Sync your Fitbit, Garmin, Apple Watch, Google Fit, Misfit or Strava to our challenge. No wearable? Not a problem. Download the free Charity Footprints app on iOS or Android to track your progress.

Join our community for a culminating, virtual yet synchronous Halloween 5K at 7am CST on Saturday, October 31st. Dress up, run or walk your 5K, check your time, and post a selfie via Scrapbook and/or social media with our #StepUp4CdA hashtag. Let's get fit, have fun & give back together!
